At Canine Crunch, we're committed to getting your dog's favourite natural treats to you quickly and safely. All orders are shipped via Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery across Australia.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping (Parcel Post)
Handling times 2-8business days
- Cost: $9.95 flat rate
- FREE on orders over $200

- Metro areas: 2-4 business days
- Regional areas: 3-7 business days
- Remote areas: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (Express Post)
Handling times 1-4 business days
- Cost: $15.00 flat rate

- Regional centres: 1-4 business days
- Other areas: 3-5 business days

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $200 Australia-wide!
Simply add $200 or more of products to your cart and the shipping cost will be automatically removed at checkout.
PROCESSING TIMES
Your orders will generally leave between 2-3 business days since you placed the order.
There are a lot of factors that determine how fast your order will get to you and unfortunately none of which we have any control over.
If your parcel is lost or doesn't arrive as per the tracking page, please email us at info@caninecrunchdogtreats.com and we are always happy to re-send your order again without incurring any fees. Though this is rare, it has happened in the past.
Please be patient with us and the postal service, they are doing the best they can.
DELIVERY AREAS
We ship to all Australian addresses including:
- All metro and suburban areas
- Regional and country towns
- PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
- Remote and rural areas (extended delivery times may apply)
Please note: We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders include tracking:
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order is dispatched
- Track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track or via the Australia Post mobile app
- Track events will update as your parcel moves through the Australia Post network
- Most parcels include SMS/email delivery notifications
DELIVERY INFORMATION
What to Expect
- Australia Post will deliver to the address provided at checkout
- Signature may be required for some deliveries
- If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a card with collection details
- Parcels can be collected from your local Post Office or redelivered
Parcel Lockers
If you have a Parcel Locker address, please enter it as your delivery address at checkout. Your parcel will be delivered to your nominated locker and you'll receive a code to collect it.
Safe Drop
For standard delivery, you can set up Safe Drop instructions via your Australia Post account to have parcels left in a safe place if you're not home.
PACKAGING & PRODUCT CARE
All Canine Crunch products are:
- Carefully packaged to maintain freshness
- Sealed in resealable bags to preserve quality
- Shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes or mailing bags
- Packed with care to prevent damage during transit
Storage upon arrival: Store treats in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Reseal packaging after opening to maintain freshness.
ORDER ISSUES
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit:
- Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and tracking information
- Include photos if the parcel arrived damaged
We'll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and either:
- Lodge a claim with Australia Post for lost/damaged items
- Send a replacement order at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund
Please note: Australia Post includes up to $100 compensation cover on all tracked parcels.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your email].
We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Redirection fees may apply if the parcel has already been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we use Australia Post's reliable network, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Extreme weather events
- Remote location deliveries
- High-volume periods (Christmas, sales events)
- Customs requirements for external territories
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there's an issue, contact us and we'll help track down your parcel.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
All products sold by Canine Crunch come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
