Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, opened products, or items stored incorrectly after purchase.


✅ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product is:

    •    Faulty or unsafe

    •    Damaged in transit

    •    Incorrectly supplied

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase with:

    •    Your order number or proof of purchase

    •    Photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.


🚚 Shipping Issues (Online Orders)

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For market purchases, proof of purchase is required for any refund or replacement request.
